CONVENTION REGISTRATION RATES & DATES:
Convention registration is now open. Click here to register for the 2026 OAAS Convention.
Registration will only be accepted online, starting MONDAY OCTOBER 6th, 9AM. Booking links are below.
The early bird rates are: 3-day rate is $199 & 1-day rate is $175, which will be accepted until Sunday February 1, 11:59pm. The rate after the early bird date will increase to $250 for the full 3-days & $199 for the one-day rate. Registration completed after February 17th will be: $275 for the 3-day rate and $225 for a one day, all fees are subject to HST.
The Ambassador Program is being offered at the 2026 Convention. Over the three days, the Fair Ambassadors will participate in a combination of specific Ambassador programming and regular convention programming. Each Ambassador is REQUIRED to have a chaperone, who is a convention registered delegate. The Ambassador Program fee is $125, which can be completed on the main convention registration page. PARTNERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: The OAAS is very grateful for the generous support received in the past and invite partners to renew their support for 2026 and be recognized for their contributions.

GUEST ROOM RESERVATIONS: Room blocks at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel & the
Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North, are now all SOLD OUT.
WAITING LIST: The OAAS strives to assist as many guests as possible to secure a hotel room either at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel or the Best Western. If you were unable to book a room, please sign up on the waiting list and we will work with you, as guest rooms become available.
Please note most rooms become available, approximately 2 weeks before convention, so we encourage you to book alternate reservations, in the meantime, and cancel if needed. Duplicate names on the waiting list are not permitted, please only use the same name once on the waiting list, to avoid confusion.

EXTRA ROOMS ?? Please notify the OAAS (admin@oaasfairs.com), by February 1st to cancel any extra rooms. Unfortunately after this date, the OAAS cannot support any guest room changes and additional cancelation fees may be charged through the hotel.

EVENING SHOWCASE APPLICATIONS: There will be an evening showcase on Friday February 20th and on Saturday February 21st at the 2026 OAAS Convention, with a total of approximately 9 showcase opportunities.
The application deadline is October 10th the Evening Entertainment showcase. For more information and application, click here. Within one month of the application, applicants will be notified.
Showcase fee is $550 + HST, for each application. In addition to the Showcase application fee, each showcase application must accompany a paid OAAS Service Provider fee and be received by the OAAS Convention Administrator or before the deadline. If not selected, the showcase fee is refunded.
FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT SHOWCASE APPLICATIONS: The Family Entertainment Showcase is an opportunity on Friday February 20th from 9am-11:45am to showcase for 20 minutes their talents. The Family Entertainment Showcase acts are geared towards family and children audiences. The Family Entertainment Showcase takes place in the Grand York Ballroom, on the Main Level, on the main stage.

Family Entertainment Showcase fee is $100 + HST, for each application. In addition to the Family Entertainment Showcase application fee, each showcase application must accompany a paid OAAS Service Provider fee and be received by the OAAS Convention Administrator or before the deadline. CONVENTION TRADESHOW is always a sold out venue at the convention, taking place on Friday February 20th, from 9am-4pm. For more details click here.
The fee for exhibit space is $600 + HST, in addition to the OAAS Service Provider annual fee for 2026. The booth size is 10ft x 8ft, and the fee includes: drapery, table, 2 chairs, hydro and 2 lunch tickets.

OAAS SERVICE PROVIDERS provide good and services to the agricultural societies. Payment of an annual fee is required to participate at the convention as a tradeshow vendor, showcase performer or to network with delegates on the convention floor. WORKSHOPS AND SEMINAR OVERVIEW: Three days of workshops and seminars are offered, only the pre-convention workshops require pre-registered. A preliminary list of workshops will be available in late 2025.
