Learn to facilitate the strategic planning process for your agricultural society

Realize the potential of your agricultural society, strengthen the leadership skills of your volunteers, and build a network of support and collaboration.

Strategic planning is critical to the success of your society. A strategic plan will help you make sound decisions to guide your society’s activities. This process will build the buy-in and commitment to implement your strategic plan.

This program is a partnership between the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) and the Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies (OAAS) aimed to build the organizational capacity of Ontario’s agricultural societies.
