The application process to request a hospitality suite for the 2025 OAAS Convention is now open. (Feb. 20-22. Sheraton Parkway Hotel, Richmond Hill, ON).  The process is an APPLICATION PROCESS.  You are NOT GUARANTEED a suite by completing this form.

There is more demand than supply, so the OAAS will be reviewing the application forms carefully, before making the selection.
We understand that not everyone will receive a suite and we do apologize.

Please complete the APPLICATION FORM by April 15^th.  A notice will be received by May 1^st with the final confirmation.
